The Paseo Arts District is one of the oldest and most established of the commercial districts that surround downtown OKC. It was the first shopping area developed in OKC outside of downtown. This area has experienced a lot of success over the last 10 years, but we believe that it is still on the cusp of its full potential. A new wave of momentum has focused on downtown OKC and has been pushing through all of the surrounding commercial districts. The Paseo Arts District is sitting on a prime location to take advantage of this resurgence. The Paseo is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in all of Oklahoma City. In 2010, the Paseo was recognized as one of America’s 10 Great Neighborhoods.
